Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation:
- You can cancel your booking for free if a request is made 14 days or more before the check-in date. A full refund will be processed.
- Late Cancellations:
- If a cancellation request is made 7 to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification (no-show), the entire booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.
- Early Departure:
- In case of early departure, the original booking amount for the entire stay will still be charged. No refunds will be granted for early check-outs.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be processed for cancellations that comply with the conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy above.
- Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm the cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Bookings made under non-refundable rates, promotions, or special packages are not eligible for a refund regardless of the cancellation date.
- Third-Party Fees:
- Any third-party processing fees or charges (such as payment gateway fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount if applicable.
Modifications to Your Booking
- Date Changes:
- Guests may request to change their booking dates at least 14 days prior to check-in. Changes are subject to availability, and any difference in rates for the new dates will need to be settled.
- Room Type Changes:
- If you wish to upgrade or modify your room type, requests must be made at least 7 days before check-in. Room changes are subject to availability, and any difference in pricing will need to be paid before arrival.
Force Majeure
If your booking is affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, we may offer you the option to reschedule your stay. In these cases, refunds may not be possible, but we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement.
