- A booking is confirmed when full payment or a deposit is received, and a confirmation email is sent.
- Check-in time is from 11:00 AM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but may incur additional charges.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Payment and Deposit Policies
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment or a deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation and will be issued to the original payment method.
- Check-in/Check-out Policy
- Check-in is from 11:00 AM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid identification is required for all guests upon check-in.
- Use of Property
- Guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the property.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Mystic Cottage. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the premises clean and must respect the peace and quiet of other guests.
